I find memory foam too hot and causes my legs to get over heated but springs are uncomfortable too. Does anyone know a good mattress to help legs and should it be adjustable?

Hi. I know what you mean about memory foam being too hot. But the latest memory foam mattress's are so much better. There is a range of 'cool' memory foam now. Maybe you should try out the new range. Hope this helps
Hi, I have heard you can get a type of Gell cover that is placed between sheet and mattress, which helps anyone feeling too warm at night. Try Googling - I will also have a look for you and get back to you here. Good luck,
I love my Sleep Number. Not sure where you are or if there is a U.K. Equivalent. Basically one or two air bladders that you can customize the firmness. Mine's not adjustable but I have a tall reflux's wedge flipped the other way to elevate my legs. Good luck in your search!
Thank you
