Good luck! I had lymphoedema in one breast and what helped me the most was the use of kinesiotape for three days alternating (for two days) with a foamy-wavy piece the breast nurse cut out for me which I used to put inside the bra. From day one I had a bout of cellulitis for which I had to take antibiotics. That was in itself a long story. Have you ever used kinesiotape?

Hi Rebec, yes I use the 'bubble wrap' stuff inside my bra and kinisic taping, not sure if the taping makes much difference, trying to get in the habit of taping Saturday - Tuesday or Sunday to Wednesday, few days on, few off and trying to do the 'octopus' one week then just a strip the following week. With regards Cellulitis, I had my cancer op on the Wednesday morning, Friday afternoon had to get an emergency GP appt, as arm was very red and burning, I've subsequently found out that was Cellulitis, but, touch wood, nothing since then
