I am on Medicare. I am on Incruse and Dulera inhalers. They cost about $325 each! Has anyone been on these drugs and switched to a less expensive one?

As far as I know there is not a generic for Filers. If you reach out to the manufacturer you might be able to get a coupon. That what I started it with, before insurance would cover it. I'm not familiar Incruse. I used to take Spiriva with Dulera and recently my doc suggested Breztri for simplifying my routine. It's totally new, so no coverage, but the manufacturer coupon brought it down to $40. Maybe look into that?Good luck!

A friend was paying too much for her Adviar on Medicare and searched for a better Plan D for drug coverage on Medicare.gov. She found one that covers the Advair and other stuff she is on. This web site allowed her to put in her medications and get back the costs from several different plans - The $2,500 went down to $600 with her new plan on her meds. :-) Good luck!

I just selected my Plan D and the prices I mentioned were the best I could get on my inhalers. That is an excellent recommendation though!

I just want to add one more option to the replies. In the US you can use GoodRX (app) to get discounts. I recently used it for an allergy nasal spay I normally pay 100.00 for with my insurance. I only paid $16.00! You can download the app and see what’s available to you!

The cost of inhalers are ridiculous! My Doctor generally has samples but when I am in the donut hole they cost and arm and a leg. I use 3 different ones.

Yes I do too! It is totally ridiculous! I will post again if I find anything that will help us. Thank you for your support!
