Asthma getting worse as spring allergies increase
I was recently given a new inhaler to take along with
Dulera
,Ventolin, and singular - it is called Inspiolto Respimat.I was wondering if that means my asthma is getting worse? The new puffer is for COPD, but I don't have that.

Call asthma doctor? She doesn’t help much. Long term prednisone.
I also take
dulera
200 inhaler, spiriva, montelukast, xyzal. When I’ve checked my peak flow meter it has been between 275 and 325. My usual medium low is 375, my regular is 450. Thoughts? should I keep using my home treatments? Call in? Urgent care? Online doc?

I was wondering….
I am currently on
Dulera
and Singulair. For rescue, I take Ventolin. The last appointment I had with my asthma team, the pulmonologist added Qvar to my Dulara. Singulair and Ventolin stayed the same.

I have been on Nucala for 3 months after having pneumonia twice in two years and uncontrollable asthma even with
Dulera
. My eosinophils went from 3400 to 60 and feeling much better. Has worked wonders for me 😊

Need a Change Due to Cost
I am taking
Dulera
and Incruse. I am on Medicare (States) and I just can’t afford it. My
Dulera
is about $350 and Incruse is about 325 a month. Have any of you been on these drugs or do you have recommendations for different meds to replace them? Thank you so much!

Recommendations!
I am on Incruse and
Dulera
inhalers. They cost about $325 each! Has anyone been on these drugs and switched to a less expensive one?

Steroid dependent- 30 mg for 6 mo. When we lower, asthma symptoms return, missing work today
I also take all the high dose inhalers-
dulera
, spiriva respimat, montelukast and a biologic- Dupixent. Now I’m 3 days after the 25 mg and woke at 3 am with severe asthma cough- took albuterol and about an hour to be able to lay back down and sleep again. Worn out and don’t feel well today.

Insurance question....
They cover the cheaper drug (Ventolin) but refuse to cover Zenhale (
Dulera
), or Singulair. I am surprised they cover prednisone. I am frustrated because, normally, when I am not having a flare, just MAYBE my preventer is working? Maybe that is why I don’t use my rescue as often?

Severe Asthma, Bronchial Thermoplasty?
I am on spiriva,
dulera
, QVAR, montelukast, xyzal, Dupixent shots, and daily prednisone of 15 mg for now. My pulmonologist basically said there’s nothing more to do. When I need it, I have albuterol inhalers and albuterol nebulizer. I have been feeling poorly for weeks.

Severe asthma diagnosis, Teacher
I am on high doses of everything-
dulera
, spiriva respimat, montelukast, prednisone 15 mg. , and biologic Dupixent. I am still experiencing breathing symptoms -SOB, coughing and nighttime coughing and waking up and often needing my inhaler or nebulizer.

Coughing from Dulera
I was switched to
Dulera
and Incruse inhalers in November. I have always coughed some but now I am coughing wheezing almost continually. I’ve taken 5 steroid burst since January. Has any one had an adverse reaction to either of these meds?

Feeling frustrated
She has change my meds again, I now use a rescue inhaler, oral prednisone and
dulera
. I am not seeing a lot of improvement and she advised me that if there wasn't a major improvement I might have to be referred to a cardiologist. Has anyone had similar experience?

Asthma inhalers and sleeping less
I just wanted to know if anyone has this side effect or maybe just in my head since I been taking
dulera
daily I noticed I sleep less but more alert maybe due to feeling better or maybe
dulera
and other similar inhalers give you energy just curious if this happens to u.

Dulera thank u!
I just can't say enough about
dulera
over the past month only needed to use my rescue inhaler albuterol 2 times before was using albuterol nearly 2 puffs everyday and I can walk nearly 30 miles a week I know I will have challenges ahead but right now I can say asthma is under control.

Adult Asthma diagnosed at 42
So far, no inhaler has helped (they tried Brio and
Dulera
). Oh, and I'm allergic to steroids :/. They are a bit perplexed only bc obviously the inhalers should be relieving symptoms (right?) and I'm exhausts that is weird (right?)

Put a temporary hold on my Dulera and Spiriva
I have been on/off the
Dulera
since Jan. I stopped taking in the past when this all began in Jan because I did not notice a difference. I started again a couple weeks ago per my GP, and don't feel much different. On Spiriva almost a month, not much difference.

Search for a new Pulm
I had mentioned I saw my PCP and that he recommended I use my
Dulera
which I had stopped. My Pulm said it was counterproductive to see "several" different physicians for the same problem, even though I only see him and my PCP.

Lung overinflation
I was on
Dulera
and Flovent in the past and did nothing. My symptoms were not as bad then. Thats what scares me, how I feel like I am worse. 6 months ago I had normal spiro for the most part, FEV1 always high. Again, that is irrespective of hyperinflation.
