Cough variant asthma new diagnosis

Just been diagnosed with cough variant asthma. I am just starting on Fostair and Ventolin inhalers. Still coughing but definitely not as much. Is this normal?

Never realised they was such a thing.. I cough quite alot myself. Diagnosed with asthma and bronchetasis. I'm on Relvar and Incruse..I found since started inhalers my cough improved.. best of luck.. if you dont improve I would speak to your doctor.

The forstair may take a couple of weeks to take full effect. Keep using the albuterol as recommended. Keep track of symptoms and work with your doctor to find the best treatment plan.
