Wow think I should have read previous post before sending. Lol. They are tearing the mill next door not milk. I also see a osteopathic doctor for manipulation to help me breathe better. I take spiriva symbicort rescue inhaler nebulizer. Vitamins because a lot of foods I can’t eat. Two fruits I can gave is bananas and golden delicious apples veggies not a very big list either due to my food allergy
