Hello Maddie.

1. My asthma doesn't affect my social life. You may be required to take asthma med before exercising or long fast walks in the park.

2. The best method to control my asthma is to avoid dairy products.

The only part of my social life that my asthma affects is dressy events - which usually means people wearing perfume, which means I will be reliant on my rescue inhaler and will have to leave early.

I also stay away from dairy products and sugar as much as possible.
