That spacer is key. My doc told me if I ever don't have it with me, in a pinch, to make a tube out of card stock type paper. (The little post card ads that come in most magazines is perfect!)

The medication comes out quickly and you said it Spacer is key!! I am so glad that there are several different ones to chose from...
