Thinking I’m seriously ill

I’ve been in such a state and I can’t calm myself down, I had my second COVID jab a week ago today, on Monday I had an upset tummy and a slight headache, well ever since then I’ve convinced myself that I must have got a blood clot, my headache subsided but my head felt strange like full I can’t even describe it, well my funny heads back again but I feel dizzy, I’m sat in a right mess and I can’t stop thinking that I might have got a blood clot, it’s scaring me so much

They say symptoms for blood clots usually between 4 days after and 4 weeks, I’m sat in the doctors now waiting to see someone about how I’ve been feeling

Hello :-)

I know this was 10 days ago how you feeling now ?

I presume you are ok

I was just like you fine when I had my first one and then before the second one all this info started appearing about blood clots and had my second jab and was convinced I had one

I think a lot is mind over matter because what they have been saying

I hope you are feeling better now :-) x

Hi 😊 I have been having headaches still but I think that’s due to the sun now and not drinking enough, been getting belly pains and now I’m stuck thinking about that 🙄 after the first one I was poorly shivery, weak, so drained not really eating etc, my arm was lumpy for well over a few weeks red and hot, I did ring 111 after about a week and they basically said I was ok just to compress it etc, I freaked out about my arm but nothing really compared to this time, I said to my family members I wasn’t going to go through with having the 2nd one, obviously i did. I used to be obsessed with blood clots when my children was little and during pregnancy, felt like that all over again.

How are you feeling x

Hello :-)

As you were obsessed with blood clots that will be why you have react this way , I have health anxiety so no doubt why I started worrying but you are ok , just it makes you feel unwell but not serious you would have been ill by now if it was

I am not doing well at all to be honest feel like I am hanging on by thread

I have had 3 heart attacks since last Oct and now waiting for a By pass and I suffer with Health anxiety so mot a good mixture for someone that is suffering already with these thoughts

Thank You for asking me how I am :-) x
