Does anyone else feel like their battle with health Anxiety affects their employment ?

Due to start a new job next week and already flipping out about what’s going on in my body! Can’t see me coping ... resulting in time off and loosing the job! One big vicious circle 😫

Try to think positive. Deep breathing snd repeating you will be fine and will do a good job. Simple tools but they help- good luck!
