I am wondering does anxiety cause temperature to over heat? My Mum died in May *suddenly* and then I turned 40. For weeks I've been all over the place and had many different blood tests to check thyroid and hormones are normal. Can grief make this happen? I am taking anti depressants from tomorrow. I need some help

Anxiety can and I suffer with this
I never know what my temperature will be from one minute to the next
I admit I am also going through the menopause but before I even got that far I was like this
Try not to over think it as that makes our bodies get hotter
I do the laying clothing as I call it even in the winter I will have a T shirt on with a jumper or cardigan so when I get these hot moments I can take a layer of quick so I cool down as it helps me to stop panicking
I think it sounds normal of anxiety and everything you have been going through
I hope the new meds you start will help you to feel better and cope
