Hello :-)

I get terrible tension in my shoulders that they actually become painful and I get headaches to

If you just let your shoulders flop a minute you will realise just how tense they are

I have got into such a habit now of tensing mine all the time I don't know how to relax them I really have to concentrate

The breathing is also part of all the anxiety take a breath in and count to 4 and let it out counting to 4 it can help regulate it :-)

Take Care x
