Bad feeling

Hi does the medication take away these horrible feelings I get every morning when I wake up it's horrible feeling I have to walk to work today as my car has broken down my car is like my safe place to run to and this feeling is not helping

It's like a feeling in my stomach and its comes up all over me like something bad is gonna happen
