Late to work

I feel anxiety. I got an email today that said I could get fired for getting 6points added up late. I talked with HR and they told me to stop in if I'm late anain and ask them to upday my lateness to "personal time off." I feel like if I am late ack from my breaks or at the start of my shift, I would do eaxtly as recommended.... I just feel anxiety to talk to them or anyone about it. I don't like getting I to trouble and not being late is difficult for me always has been. I'm ready to not be late, but concerned I'll smoke to long or not check the time. Or worry about the time and so begin this never ending feelings. Um, I'm scared to even talk with HR. I'm scared to be late. And I'm afraid to get fired. I'm discouraged.
