Pins needles numb fingertips

Hi for 3 weeks now I have pins needles tingling mainly on my face arms and legs my finger tips gone numb and muscle in I'm left arm aches constantly I'm worried

I get this symptom too. It’s scary but luckily you can work to make it go away. First make sure you get a lot of sleep and make sure the television is of elevate your arms and legs if that makes you feel better. If it happens during the daytime go to a room where nothing is going on lay down or put your head back and breathe don’t hyperventilate just breathe
