I suffer with health anxiety- never been diagnosed but it doesn’t take genius to figure out. So things like washing cups out before I drink them, going through my tobacco to make sure there isn’t anything in it.Taking paracetamol and worried it may of been something different even tho it comes from a pack that says paracetamol. Public transport - think there is going to be a bomb or a fight or will come of tracks - crash. The list goes on and on
Now coronavirus I’m so scared - I can’t sleep eat, I am constantly in the brace position. Headakes, muscle pain - heart racing -Ibs - face tingling.
I can’t cope - it’s one of my fears this coronavirus and it’s happened. Manchester stadium 🏟 I could never go and when I did once I though I was going to die from shootings or a bomb. Year later a bomb went off - I just feel like my worry is justified
Any way I can’t cope - I’m in the U.K. and Boris is useless ! - I just want to relax !

I had pneumonia last year it nearly finished me of and ever since I have not been able to get my head right it has just got worse and now with this happening I feel I am living in total fear !
If I wash my hands once more I don't think I will have any left they are now so sore
I have sent out for a thermometer because I woke up feeling hot this morning but I did have a tooth out which was quite a big one which part of me knows will have upset my system but the anxiety and fear thinks O no I feel hot and this could be it !!!
I know how much this is all frightening me yet I can't stop reading about it which is not helping !
I don't have the answers except to try and reason with our thoughts as mine are just as paranoid at the moment but wanted to let you know you are not alone in how you feel and you can come and vent your fears on here
I also agree Borris is not doing enough in the UK to protect us and I feel we just need to ignore him and do what we feel we need to do !
