I appreciate you guys reading my stuff and giving me advice. Talking to people and asking for help is helping me out. Doing deep breathing exercises has helped also.

Have you tried the meditation app called headspace? I use this a lot at night when my anxiety bothers me.
I've never heard of such a thing. Lately my anxiety has been bothering during the day too. Been under so much stress. I am working on using breathing techniques, been listening to music, using essential oils
