Ive been on this site for more than a couple of weeks & it's helped me so much. Getting feedback and having a forum to write down my feelings and give advice has meant the world to me.
Ive halved my meds and Im feeling good. Id like to start a healthy regimen of eating right and exercise.

Having a fixed sleep schedule surely helps , morning walks too .. setting some time for yourself to do both activities you like and just simply relaxing helps me , i play the piano so doing that from time to time helps me calm , along with meditation and relaxation techniques
