So last week I had some stress with a missing parcel then having a long week of stress trying to get them to cancel the order and get my money back. Since then my anxiety has just been through the roof I’ve lost my appetite, my stomach problems have come back and had back acid reflux. It’s a bit cold here so I don’t know if it’s that why I feel weirdly cold but body feel warm, but my fingernails are blue and I’m wrapped under the duvet and just seeing that freaked me out. I just can’t stop thinking the worst of everything at the minute. I had done so well recently and now I feel back to square one my muscles are spasm again which I haven’t had in a few months and I just feel spaced out.

It sometimes only needs one thing no matter how big or small to trigger our anxiety of and even after the event is over for most our anxiety just continues because it has found a way to creep back in again and sounds like this is what has happened to you and I know has happened to me to over the years
Stomach issues and I am suffering with those at the moment and the acid reflux are one of the most common things we suffer from the stomach seems to take the blunt from anxiety and I know you say you have lost your appetite but lack of food will be making your stomach issues worse as well as the acid reflux so I would try and start eating little and often to help , I know when we don't feel like it then it feels a big task to do but you need to try as this will help
Going hot and cold again are typical anxiety traits so all what you are feeling relate to anxiety but if you have not already seen your Doctor about these issues then go and talk with them so they can give you the all clear which will help give you peace of mind

Sorry to hear you are going through such a difficult time.
Anxiety can cause us so many uncomfortable and scary symptoms. I have lots of troubles with worrying about eveything past and present along with lots of others symptoms. It’s very unpleasant when it makes us unhappy and it takes over how we feel and live our lives.
I try to reduce mine through therapy’s, I hope you have found something to help you and I hope that you can lower your anxiety and to start to feel a little better
