Hello Blu80 & Welcome

We are just trying to get this Community up and more active so a bit slow at the moment but members joining and posting like you will hopefully help to achieve are aim of been a supportive Community

If and when you feel up to telling us a little bit more about yourself , how you are with your anxiety etc we will do our best to help and we are very good listeners even if we don't always have an answer

You are among people that do not judge as we all know how anxiety affects us

I hope you will feel among friends and in a small way it will help knowing you are not alone with how you feel

Thank you for the welcome & post. Much appreciated 🙂

It's reassuring to know that I'm amongst others that understand & do not make judgments.

I've become isolated due to my mental health struggles.

It's sooooo hard to try & make people understand & be even a little bit supportive I've given up attempting to do so. Wrong attitude I know but I'm no longer strong enough to even bother to have to continually do so.

Always find many hear me but don't actually listen if that makes any sense at all.

I do understand and you are not on your own with what you find , maybe they don't listen because of a lack of understanding as only we that know how this affects us truly know just how it feels and there will always be someone around when you need someone to listen to you in the Community
