Hello

I know how you feel but while ever you keep those boxing gloves on trying to fight it you will find it will always come back with a bigger punch !

If you can accept you have anxiety and as awful as it is go with it marking any positive moments you ave as an achievement you will give it less power over you and the less power it has the less anxiety , I know it is not easy but if you have not already go and talk with your Doctor about how you feel and get all the support you can :-)

Take Care x
