Does anyone get chest pain with anxiety it's horrible had ecg that's come back fine seem heart doctor he said it was stress just get scarred when I get them any advice be gratefull

Yes, somedays i do somedays i dont. I just breathe in and out. Or boil some hot water with vapor put the towel over your head and breathe.

I will try that have u got anxiety is horrible I get so scarred sometimes Seen heart doctor said my heart was fine put me on medication get pain in my neck n arms aswell x
