It intensifies it horribly! My anxiety is at its absolute worst when I don't get enough sleep. I have to lay down all day because I feel like in going to pass out, I feel head heavy, my races when I do the littlest things, Nausea is bad so eating is hard. Things! Its hard to think right now, I woke up just a bit ago and I'm groggy and my heart keeps racing even though I'm still laying down. I think I actually got 8 or 9 hours of sleep too, so its weird I feel all blah.
