has anyone started Lexapro for panic and anxeity? How long does it take to work. I'm having so many crazy thought and thoughts that I know never happened which make me worse.

Help please, are unrealistic thoughts a normal part of anxeity

I've taken that medication before. In my opinion it is the best for treating anxiety. It takes about 4 weeks to kick in and once it does it really helps
