So I'm posting this today as I'm currently sitting in the outdoors away from all civilisation n it's the most peaceful I have felt in ages!!!!

Can so understand this.. one of the biggest stages in my recovery came in my discovery of mindfulness and the subsequent readings of two books by Eckhart Tolle.. The Power of Now and A New Earth.. he teaches us how to live in the now and find peace and by what you have wrote here I think you will understand and embrace the theories he teaches good luck x
