I have dealt with depression now for 16 years now off and on but I guess that is the nature of the beast.
I cant tell you or any body else what makes me feel this way. That's if you can say this numbness feeling is "feeling"??! lol
With this current period I am finding it really difficult to concentrate and feel really confused on what I am supposed to be doing. I am getting the usual feelings of even thinking about going out sends shivers down my spine but now I am feeling forgetful and can be easily distracted.
Does anybody else feel like that? Its starting to make me panic as things are starting to pile up and I am going down the rabbit hole even more.

Hello
Yes I thin most with anxiety will relate to how you are feeling
Our minds when we suffer with anxiety get overloaded & I think they shut down to give us a break , that is when we can get forgetful & start to feel numb & when we do we panic which creates more forgetfulness , the more we can relax the less forgetful we become
It may be worth looking on Action on Depression forum as your main symptom seems to be depression and there may be some helpful posts for you on there.
