I've been taking LDN for fibro for about 6 years. The systemic pain as vanished, and the flare symptoms I experience are infrequent. I still get fatigued regularly, and brain-fogged as well, but I (miraculously!) don't have pain the way I used to. I plan on staying on LDN (concentrated, liquid compounded by my pharmacist in Rancho Santa Fe, CA) indefinitely.
