Yeah, it can get a bit much. I used to add a side salad to offset the grease. Once I was out of my keto phase I added one spoonful of muesli with milk - and like you I usually have some Greek yoghurt too with a little bit of fruit (eg., half a banana).
There's no law that says you have to eat breakfast. You could just skip it entirely and have some sort of brunch instead.
Cheese slices with some sort of cold meat are great for breakfast on the go. I don’t like anything sweet for breakfast, so do sometimes get fed up with eggs. I like smoked salmon with avocado too.
