We were unbelievably lucky today. Having been cooped up over the last couple of weekends due to awful weather (UK peeps will know what I mean), we decided to head over to Portland, Dorset today for a bracing walk. We had full wet weather gear, but didn't need it!! It only rained just as we got back to the car.
This is the longest and most challenging walk I've done since having had a knee replacement 10 months ago. Question is now, what shall I eat for 537 cals!!
I wondered if others might like to share their favourite walk/run routes?

That looks like a beautiful place to walk, I do love a coastal path π sadly I only get time to pound the streets at the moment and was lucky too yesterday as I managed to walk for an hour in between monsoons π
Thanks for sharing. I want to boast about my walk yesterday, but it wasn't as beautiful as yours, and I am still on my OEM knees.
Well done.
My advice is to leave the 537kcals on the table. I found balancing eating against what an app told me I had exercised off was a red queen race: I was running hard just to stay in the same place.
