I’m trying to cut down, not too much, on carbs but concentrate more on cutting calories......any advice on macros which I find a bit confusing. 😮 you can see whole pic if you tap on it (I think) 😘

For my part I'd dump the bread and add in an extra egg.
In general, cutting calories is counterproductive: a key aspect of LCHF is ensuring that you eat enough to not feel hungry. As long as you're eating food that's inherently healthy, your appetite will tell you how many calories you need, and when. If you deliberately force yourself to eat less than you feel you need, the most likely outcome is that your body will attempt to conserve bodyfat.
It is possible to avoid this outcome and combine caloric restriction with LCHF (typically via fasting), but that's ninja-level low-carb that's not advisable for newcomers.
As Mike said, just lose the bread and add another egg. Carbs aren't "bad", but if you're trying to lose weight, there's very little point in including them in your diet. All they're going to do is make life difficult. Medium-carb medium-fat is fine for maintenance eating, but you're unlikely to lose weight that way.
Agree with Mike and The Awful Toad - forget the calories and keep the carbs as low as you can. No need for bread. The additional egg provides amazing nutrients in their natural proportions. Take a look at the ingredient list of the bread - it is a highly processed product unless from an old fashioned bakery.
