Can anyone help me with daily planner lchf for 2 weeks which is easy for me.
I have tried on off pasr few weeks & because I am nit losing at alli am giving up after 2 weeks 😣 i know disappointed in myself. I do crave sweet things but been told stop my sweetners in my help ?
I know i am a pain & i have read most stuff but i feel doing something wrong if not losing?
I appreciate any help

Try this Lyn and please stop stressing. All that cortisol flowing through your veins is going to stop you from losing weight, however hard you try. This isn't a race, it's a new way of life. Go with the flow and the weight will start to go
Some kind of exercise, even just walking, might help too, to relieve tension. Getting the blood circulating helps LOTS of things! And breathe long deep breaths when you get wired!
