Back passage bleeding

Apologies for the ick factor, I know this is a common endo symptom (which I have) so I’m not overly concerned, but today seems different. It hasn’t stopped (9 hours) and it’s literally like a light-medium period. I have had to wear a pad and I am shocked to see it hasn’t stopped yet.

I am not diagnosed with itp but having my platelet count monitored as they are dropping (and I was told low is my “normal”) so I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Hi. I did have a few incidents of rectal bleeding when my platelets were low and had a colonoscopy to check that it was a result of the itp and not something more sinister. But the level of bleeding you are suffering seems much heavier. My advice would be to see a doctor urgently to get yourself checked, including your platelet count.
