Belly problems

My 7 year old has been complaining of belly pain. I would say it’s more like a belly discomfort, she does not cry or complaints like if she is in a very bad pain. She would complain about belly pain before but I grew concerned after she herself is concerned. She was diagnosed with ITP in February. She is 7 and I think she does not know how to differentiate between pain and discomfort. She eats and I think moves her bowels good. Has anyone has had this issue. We have an appointment with her pediatrician on Monday. I did mention this to her hematologist but she suggested that we just observe.
