Hi,

Does anyone have experience with taking Synthroid and Promacta? I am wondering if taking Synthroid 1 hour after Promacta decreases Promactas effectiveness?

Thanks

Hi. I don’t take promacta but I have been taking heart meds and I was on prednisone. I take my synthesis in the morning and wait two hours before I eat or take anything else.

It is pretty easily absorbed and I haven’t had any problems with other meds with it. The only thing you can’t take is calcium two hours before and two hours after.

Take care
