So I've been on steroids for just over 2 months now and my platelets are no higher than they got after a couple of weeks on them, so last week I was still at only 21 and taking 50ml of steroids so now I'm on immunosuppressants and 40ml of steroids! But I've already noticed a lower appetite which is good as I will hopefully start to lose the pounds I put on! I'm off for a blood transfusion today so that's a bit scary 😩
