How safe is nplate?

Im not sure on the long term effects. But to be honest, at the moment I dont care. Its working for me. Iv been on it since jan this year. Its the best iv felt in two and a half years. They recently dropped my dose massively , because it has risen to 210 , to high. So they dropped it down. So my platelets dropped to 45. I am now back up to 169 and feel so much better. Yes I have to go every week for the injection, but I feel well, and thats what matters to me now . Good luck crissy22a
