ITP Support Association Members survey from Praxis Research

A reminder for ITP Support Association Members...... You will recall that in the December edition of The Platelet magazine a letter was included inviting you to take part in a survey being run by Praxis Research. If you have not responded to this request this is a reminder that you must do so before JANUARY 31st to take part. You can take the survey by contacting Praxis on the email or phone number quoted in the letter which was in The Platelet magazine and Praxis will send you a link to the survey which took me about 5 minutes to complete.
