Alan Pearce has recently written a book about individual's coma experiences. This link takes you to the first 2 of the podcasts. They last for about 6 minutes. PLEASE be aware that you will hear sounds from the ICU wards which may cause triggers.

Powerful stuff.

Whilst I didn't undergo a medically induced coma when I was in ICU, I can certainly relate to the things (that Isabella) went through. The repetition of events, the perception of different lives/realities. Your mind trying to make sense of the procedures being carried out on you and the noises you can hear.
