Dad's Tracheostomy was leaking he now back under sedation

having video called him this after he was aware and awake but very uncomfortable and was trying to explain something.

The doc called later to say they had to put him back to sleep and take the trach out and go back on ventilator as it was leaking and will investigate and try to redo it in 2 days time.

Have you asked them why was the trach leaking?

Yeah they said it could have been wrongly done or my dad could have touched it
