I was in 2 grade 3 Comas with Sepsis, pneumonia, Mrsa and organ failure. I was given a 1-2% chance of survival. A few months later I was diagnosed with PTSD.

I’ve now finished cognitive behavioural therapy for the PTSD, which for me, helped immeasurably.

Apart from short term memory loss, I’ve lost about 2 years of my memory, which may or may not come back with time, I am now fully recovered and feel better than ever.

Thank you to everyone for their help and advice, finding this site was a God send all those months ago, when I couldn’t even see the tunnel, let alone the light at the end of it.

Good luck to everyone in their continued recovery xox
