Just want to say hello

I am new here from Ohio! I am a chronic pain patient and i am suffering from herniated discs in my neck and sciatica and a numb foot from the sciatica and i was wonder what can i do when my pain doctor has put me on no pain medicine or muscle relaxers and i am start physical therapy on Wednesday! Is there something natural that will help me with pain until i get back to the pain doctor in January~
