Dear Charlotte

Your project sounds interesting - I'd like to participate, but I wasn't in an induced coma whilst in ICU.

I've learned from this website that dreams, delusions, and hallucinations are very common amongst ICU patients, irrespective of their treatment or particular medical condition.

It was some comfort to me to read this, despite peoples' experiences, and my own, being quite frightening in this respect - for example, becoming paranoid and believing that the nurses want to kill you.

So I'd guess you don't have to be in a coma to have very weird and hyper-realistic 'dreams'

Not what you're looking for?
