Anaemia iron

Any one else suffer from iron deficiency,

I am on warfarin and have no signs of bleeding, just wondering if anyone else has it ? Now on iron medication

yes my Granddaughter is now on Iron tablets she is also suffering from slight (thank God its only slight) anemia....St Thomas' put her on tablets last week...she is 27 years old and was diagnosed 10 years ago
