this is a relevant question if you are on warfarin, are you?

If you are not on warfarin then the inr level should be at 1.0 like every other normal person

Hi Thomas

Did they tell you too take a high dose of Warfarin, for a coupole of days at the start of treatment with it to 'load' your system? It is normal to start that way but if your INR is not rising now then the clinician managing your INR should increase you dose gradually until your INR does rise.

Best wishes.

Dave

Are you eating a lot of Vitamin K....green vegetables?? That was my issue when I first started on Coumadin and injections. Diet has a lot to do with INR levels...for some anyways.
