What INR is "ideal" for you?

At what INR do you feel the best? I am finding that I feel best when I'm between 3.2 and 3.8. I'm curious what works for everyone else.

For me, lovenox works better than any INR on warfarin.

My range used to be 2.8 - 4.2 but I recently had a major internal bleeding episode so now my range is lowered to 2.5 - 3.5. I feel fine at the lower end of my range.

What caused the internal bleeding? I mean, does it just "happen"? Where were you bleeding from?
