Following my surgery last week when I had stents inserted to unblock the clots, I was doing very well. Had a couple of twinges in my groin on Friday but thought no more of it. Then I got a phone call late Friday afternoon from the Vascular Surgeons at St Thomas' to say they had reviewed my CT scan and they thought that the end of the stent in my groin was "becoming compromised". So back to St T's tomorrow for them to go in again and have another look! Looking on the positive side, every time I am "nil by mouth" for hours I must be loosing weight!
