Saw my doctor today about this horrendous brain fog and memory problems. I have had some blood tests done and am to go back and see him next week to get the results and see where we go from there. In the meantime I am struggling on,

Caroline

Hi there Caroline, glad you have been to the GP, my brain fog improved once I got on top of my hidden hypothyroid problems... and also I feel sometimes, is other external events making things worse, ie a low grade virus or something. I have also embarked recently on gluten free, as it seems that mos of my friends with autoimmune do better with this removed, however I am not on anything other than aspirin twice a day, as I am allergic to plaquenil etc.

Hope you feel better soon. Mary F x

well I have had funny head for weeksnow and I put it down to the low INRS and high INRS cannot seem to get it right!!! Also this pressure like feeling and warmt ness inmy head,Ialso the coldness and goosebumps I get in my head she said itsto do with the mini TIA I had last year and its where the temperature regulator in brain is sort of destroyed. Have been giving myself heparin shots because of low INRs, despite having warfarin, statins and and plaqinel. On top of this I have this haematoma in arm where I had blood taken 6 weeks ago, was told that it would disapear but no its getting bigger. I contacted the Haem down here and he said have to have a procedure they inject a medication into clot, but as usual he has not come back to me. So here we go again on Monday chasing it up. Its such hardwork.
