Is nhs at st Thomas's so no charge, some gp's will refer you, although a lot of us have been through lots of docs, consultants etc, before getting our referrals! Really have to be pushy, I eventually got a referral from local haematologist after a rubbish rheumy passed me on. Haematologist was lovely, but didn't know enough, so sent me to st Thomas's!
Private option is to go see Professor Graham Hughes at London Bridge, where I think you can self refer! Not sure on cost, others on here have been and would know!
