Hi there, Is it possible you have a nasty virus on top of everything else. If i have anything involving kidneys I feel like this! Hope you can get it checked out and feel better soon. Mary F x

Hi Mystynzl

I get the dizziness, weak and shaky legs and arms and shivering, sometimes followed by feeling hot, after I have one of my 'funny turns'. Prof Hughes and I both beleive that my funny turns are a form of TIA affecting the balance mechanism in the inner ear and the brain stem. 90% of mine start with a sense that I have been pushed or rotated or the floor bounces up and down.

Prof has told me to take a 5,000IU Fragmin shot if I get one of these episodes.

Best wishes and good luck.

Dave

This sounds like the "mini panic attacks" I had in the months leading up to a diagnosis with Hughes (following obvious mini strokes/TIAs.) Subsequent MRIS showed evidence of dozens of these mini strokes/ TIAs, which is how I reason that those "mini panic attacks," as I dubbed them, were actually Hughes issues.
