I thought I posted here about phosphatidylserine but can't find it now....
Does anyone know anything about taking this with APS? It is a phospholipid so as I have antibodies to phospholipids, shouldn't this mean that supplementing with phospholipids could help? Or would it hinder?
The product helps with stress and, at high enough doses, can reduce cortisol.
